Missing Screw?

Question

There is an operator arm that says "Truth", and it looks like it connects close to the sliding pivot of the window.

Thinking there is a screw that should go in here?

No, normally that clip attaches to the stud on a stud bracket, such as our selection here. You may need a 39-105 Detach Clip to go on the end of that link arm, however. Look it over and see what you think.
