Hi,
Hope you can help me source a window crank for this window. There are no brand markings on crank or window.
Thanks,
Anne

Looks like the spline has stripped out or otherwise broken off in some way. This cannot be repaired or replaced. You'll need an all new operator.
Before we suggest anything, I'll need you to remove the operator from the window entirely and show us one clear photo of it in its entirety. That will allow us to confirm the best match. Thanks!
Hi Tom,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I looked closer at the operator. I can't remove it without taking off the bottom trim.
Would like to wait until I have the new mechanism before doing this.
There are two arms that come out or the operator that attach to the window.
At the window there is a track that has the attachments that fix to the mechanism arms. Hoping you can identify from the addition pics.
That's okay, we can definitely work with this. Thank you very much for these additional pictures. I recommend our 39-348 awning operator. I think you'll find this is a good match; it has the same style base and the same style arms and is available in white. Let me know if you agree!
Wonderful, thank you very much! We're happy to help, of course, and just as happy to have your business. Please let me know if we can be of any assistance in the future.
