Missing Window Parts

Thanks for reaching out to us! To determine the replacements you need to repair your windows, I'll need to see a clear, photos of the hardware. You'll need to examine the window to determine which parts might need to be replaced and then provide detailed photos. Unfortunately, that is not something I can determine from photos.

For example, if you need to replace the window operator, I'll need to see the entire operator; this would include the arm(s) and how the operator connects to the bottom of the swinging window sash.
