Missing Window pieces, possibly a sash?

Home Owner from Metro Atlanta
Hello! I'm so glad I found your webpage; I need help figuring out what I need to replace on my window.

I bought a house with a broken window, called a local window guy, and apparently he didn't reinstall the 'trim(?)' around the glass. Now the glass is not secured and air and bugs can enter.

From what I can find online, it may be a sash..? The best I can tell is the Window was made by Carolina.

If you look at my photos, you see the window with the missing pieces, and another window completely intact.

If anyone could tell me what that is, and even better yet where I can get it, I would be eternally grateful!

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for posting! The sash is the square glass panel that slides up and down when you open and close the window. I'm afraid we cannot replace those, but it sounds like all you need is new glazing bead.

If your other window is identical, then can you remove a small sample of the glazing and show us a clear picture of its end profile? That will help us identify what you need. In the meantime, you can see our entire selection here.
