Missing a drawer glide as pictured. It is 15" long and has Pat. #3185530 on it.

Unfortunately, the long drawer guide you are showing here has been discontinued and is no longer made. However I find that 32-118 drawer guide can work well as a replacement, as long as it's attached to the back of the drawer. See what you think.
