Missing balances

I have a window sash that's missing both balances. How can I determine a suitable replacement?

Thanks for posting. Is there an identical-sized window in the house that still has its balances? If so, can you remove one and show us the attachments at either end, as well as any stamp code on the metal channel? The length of the metal channel, not including those end attachments, would also be useful. Many thanks.
