Missing bar

Hi,
I am guessing this is a ROTO casement. But I don't know if the bar that is missing on the photo comes with the operator or it is a separate part.

Unfortunately, Roto discontinued the link arm that goes with your 39-092 casement operator and offered no alternative solution to repair it. We apologize for the inconvenience.
