Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears that the spline of the crank operator base has stripped out. This will require replacing the operator mechanism. To further review, we will need to see the window open where we can view the arm attachments. From there we can confirm the right replacement for your window.

With the window unlocked, you should be able to gently push open the sash to expose the arms. Thank you!
