Missing broken pivot shoes

A quick learner from USA says:
I have about 8 windows in my house that will not stay up. I think the shoes are completely missing or broken. I recently moved away and live about 5 hours from my house (I'm prepping to rent it out in the near future). So unfortunately I don't have access to take the shoes out and provide more pictures and information than the attached photos. Please let me know if you can help me with limited info. Otherwise I can try to provide info at a later date.

Without knowing your dimensions, I can't be sure what to recommend. I've made a list of possible replacement shoes on the right side of this page. Next time you are at the house, remove the sash and compare the dimensions of the pivot shoes we pulled up to what's in there now.
