Missing casement cranks

Hell. I believe this crank is for Milgard vinyl replacement windows. There are several missing cranks. I need to order new ones, I can't seem to find them. The crank is 5" long, not 3".

We sell a ton of different style operators, so there's a good chance we can help you. However your photo here only shows the base, which is a style used by many, many different operators. In order to narrow down the list of possibilities, I'll need you to remove an undamaged model and show me a clear picture of the whole thing in one shot, without obstruction. Please let me know if that's possible and we can work from there.
