Missing casement latch on left window

Hi I am trying to find a latch to put on the left window (facing out) as there is no latch. I've attached pictures of the right window components. Please let me know the product I should get

Your lock and the internal part that attaches to the tie bar resembles the 38-099 and 38-100. Take a look and compare the specifications below to see if it matches your intact hardware. Thank you!
