Missing casement operator handles.

We have a Westchester Modular home built in 2004 and all the handles are either now missing or the one left is broken from the casement windows. We were renting it out last couple years and tenant did a lot of damage and then disappeared. We have one handle left and have taken pictures (see attachments). I was told they are possibly Anderson (but I can't find markings on the glass to indicate this) or MW, but MW said I need to give them info off the windows, which I cannot open without a handle.
The markings on the hardware (handles) say?? looks like: OP05-1509. Does this help? The handles are white.
