Missing clip and pin on arm mechanism

Handy Person from Colorado

Hi,

I am hoping you can help me identify this missing part on my window. There is a missing clip and pin that it attaches to on my casement window mechanism. The second image attached shows the other side with the clip and pin in place. Is it possible to still get the pin and clip to repair this? Or do I need to get an entire new mechanism?

The strip that the pin is supposed to be in has the number 359-1L written on it. I cannot see the number on the part the clip is supposed to be attached to, but the corresponding one above has the number "30382" on it and the brand name "TRUTH" (and because it is above the one that is missing, the base where that respective ones pin is has the number "358-1R" on it (I assume because it is above it is "R" and the one below is "L."I also tried to mark with a red arrow where the missing part is supposed to be.

I appreciate your help with this.

Thank you!

Danny

Thank you for your patience during this incredibly busy season. I apologize for the long wait.

Looks like you need a new hinge assembly. I'm afraid the pins and clips you've mentioned are not sold separately; indeed, we can't even sell this exact hinge. What we can offer is a reasonable substitute. I would suggest looking at our 36-048 to start. As long as the base track is 10" and as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time, it should work well for your window. Make sure to take that measurement before you buy anything.
