Missing component?

Number on arm says 1361316. It seems like there's a small component in this whole set that's missing? The connection to the crank? Any thoughts or advice on how to replace?

Hello there. Yes, when that gear pops out with the handle, it means the entire operator has broken down and should be replaced. I believe this might be the Andersen 39-146 and 39-147 Split-Arm Operator. Please compare. For a new handle, see the 39-286. For new brackets, see the 39-160 or 39-161.
