I'm missing 1 black crank for 1 " 341OU Ultra TM | C650 Fiberglass AW" window but I'm not sure which part to get.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell an exact match for this but we might still be able to help. Can you remove the cover and handle and show us the base of the operator? We would also like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.
