Missing handle on newly bought house

The screw hole at 4 inch on center. Latch hole is 1.5 inches long. The house was built in 1970 in Massachusetts

Hello!

We'll need to see the cut out on the end of the door where the locking latch comes out. We'd also like to see the keeper on the jamb.

We believe you need our 82-003 handle set with a screw hole distance of 3-15/16". Look over our dimensions and compare them to your current hardware to see if they match up for what you need.
