Missing handles from multiple windows

I have casement windows around my house and the handles for the locks for quite a few are missing. I tried ordering 38-209 but they were too big for the lock unfortunately.

I'm not sure if your lock is still available, unfortunately. Before we go any further, can you show me how this mounts to the window? Would it also be possible to see the housing/escutcheon removed from the frame? It's just as important to see that removed as it is the handle. Thank you!

Hi - I've added some updated photos here that hopefully will help. I can see a manufacturer and parts number, it looks like it's Roto: WA032

Thank you. This is an old Roto brand part. We did sell this lock at one time but it was unfortunately discontinued back in 2013. Yours is actually an older model of our older model, too, so there's no telling when exactly they stopped making your particular version. All I can tell you with certainty is that it's not made anymore and that we have no working alternative.
