Missing key for handle set

The key is missing, do I need to buy a new clamp handle set with lock? Or can I take the lock that's in there and replace it with new one?need to

Hello,

Your photos resemble the 82-060 International handle set with 3" hole spacing. Unfortunately, we do not carry a key lock that is compatible with this handle set. I'm sorry that we won't be able to provide a keyed replacement but take a look and see what you think.
