Missing lock handle

Question

We have Beechworth windows which are no longer made.  The window mechanisms are Truth.  The painter lost some of the window lock handle covers.  I have included 2 pictures that show the brown handles that I am looking for.  the white one is what it looks like without the handle cover.  I believe that part used to be brown as well and the painter just sprayed over it.  Any help you can give on finding the right part is greatly appreciated.  Thanks

It's tough to make out what kind of lock you have while it's still installed in the window, since so many important details are obscured. However based on what I see, you may have something like our 38-208. Look it over and see what you think.
