We can't be sure of what you need without seeing all of the original hardware but we've related the parts commonly used on similar Andersen doors on this page for you to review. Take a look and compare the specifications shown on our product pages to the installation holes and cutout in your door to see if any of them could work for your application. For the mortise lock, see the 82-037 or 82-242. Thanks for posting!

Here are a few more clearer pics. The hole where the missing hardware goes in the sliding door seems to be 4 1/2". There is still some of the locking mechanism on the non sliding panel.

I don't recognize the parts shown on your stationary door but I'm going to have one of our senior experts take a look since he has a similar Andersen door at home. We'll reach out as soon as more information is available. Thank you!

It looks like you're missing quite a few parts for your door. Take a look at the 82-242 for the multi-panel Patio door, the 82-043 thumb turn, as well as the 82-056, 82-048, and 82-058 based on what is shown on your stationary panel. Review the suggested hardware related to Andersen patio doors to confirm if these are the parts you need.
