Missing middle section to this latch

I am missing the main component to this latch that is at the bottom of the handle I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me, I have a video of another window working, I think they are about 25 years old??

Begin by looking at our 38-064 and 38-065 Cam Handles. Look over the dimensions and let me know if you think this type is what you need.
