Missing mortisse assembly

This is the condition from time of purchase. Looking to ID proper mortisse and handle to repair without replacing door at this time. Thank you.

Hello,

Based on your photos, It doesn't look like your door uses a mortise lock, per se, but a hook that functions as part of your handle set. If you could send another photo of the handle straight on, I should be able to confirm my suspicions of what you could use as a replacement. Thank you!

Here is the straight on shot. Both the lever andthe slide on the handle do not work. Thanks for your help.
