Missing part

I ordered some parts from you to fix the spiral tilt window balance on my window. When my son tried to install the new parts, we noticed that I did not know to order another part. My windows were installed a number of years ago and they are older windows, so the part that broke is metal. It appears to be from the pivot lock shoe, but the set up on your website is different than on my window. I am attaching a photo of the broken part, and I hope it will be helpful in determining the part that I need. If it is the pivot lock shoe, how do I measure to get the right size pivot lock shoe as there are different sizes listed on your website?

The balance that I ordered is a red tip 27" Series 600, if that is helpful.

I would appreciate any help that you can give me.

The part you're looking for is, indeed, a pivot lock shoe. The best way to measure is to remove yours from the window. Keep in mind that the most important dimensions are the thickness and width. Based on this picture alone, I think you could have either our 15-178 or 15-188, but the only way to confirm is to remove yours from the window and measure it.
