I have a customer with an Andersen patio door. There's a missing part that's left a hole, and cold air is getting in.
Do you know what this part is? Do you have it?

Hello,
It seems like the doors shown in your photos are missing the "meeting style" weatherstripping where the two doors connect. Unfortunately, we do not carry this type of weatherstripping. You would need to contact an Andersen dealer in your area to see if it is still available. Your best bet would be to show the Andersen dealer your photos so they can assess your situation.
