Missing part needs replacement

Question

I am looking to identify the plastic off-white piece pictured under the spring. We have the one for our lower spring but not the upper and it won't stay locked in place.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the secondary lock parts shown in your photos. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
