So I am at my wits end, I just purchased a home and I have no idea what I am doing. Going to multiple home improvement stores I cannot find anything that will fit. Maybe you can help me find the correct product for me.

It's hard to say which handle and mortise lock you need without seeing the original hardware. This is just a hunch, but take a look at the 82-238, along with the other parts I listed. Carefully compare these parts to the space available in your door to see if they can work. Again, this is an educated guess; I cannot guarantee these will work for you. At the end of the day, it all comes down to measurements.
