Thanks for reaching out to us. Before I recommend anything, can you remove the operator you still have and show me a picture of it by itself? Many important details are obscured while it's still installed.

we can not do it right now because its from customer house, can you advice at least something similar?

Our 39-142 and 39-139 are two possibilities, but you'll have to compare them to the original to know for sure.

For future reference, it's always important to remove the operator from a window when trying to ID it. Too many important details are obscured as long as it's still installed. This could save you a trip next time.
