Missing sash pivot bar

Question

One of the sash pivot bars broke and the window is unable to hold itself up. I have searched all the numbers on the sticker but unable to locate a replacement. One of the strings is also broken. This is a heavy wood window from around 2010 or so. I have more photos but was only able to upload 5

Our 17-093 and 26-150 Cam Pivot Pairs are not an exact match for your existing cam pivots but I do believe either of them could work for your repairs. To determine which pair will work best, carefully look over each of their dimensions and design.

You may also need to consider replacing the window balances if these have begun to become damaged.
