The door measures 6'4"x 35" and the hole opening is 1" by 4 3/4"
That says 6 3/4 but the hole is 4 3/4

Unfortunately based on the dimensions provided, we are not able to provide a match to your door. At first sight, the cutout reminded me of the 83-126 style, but I do not think this size would fit your door. I apologize that we cannot assist with your repair.
