Missing screw bottom on 39-091 and 39-092

Hi, I order your 39-091 and 39-092 but I am missing the bottom with the screws to screw the operator on.

Please see picture attached. I am not sure what is the part number to order?

Thanks for posting. No, the 39-091 and 39-092 do not come with this base, but you should be able to re-use the old ones. Is that possible? If not, let us know and we can try to find a replacement for you.

Thank you for your patience in this matter. We have found a possible replacement for this base and will let you know as soon as it is available to purchase. I'm afraid we do not have the screws for it, however, but you should be able to find them at a local hardware store.
