Missing side clips and broken corner of lower sash.

Looking for missing side clips as well as solution for broken part of lower removable window sash. These are impact windows.

How difficult is it to replace missing clips? Do the window need to be un-installed?

What to do about the broken corner on the sash? Do I need a new sash?

It's not difficult at all to replace take-out clips. I recommend watching the video below which will show you exactly how to do so.

As for the broken corner, that part is called a top sash guide. We'd be happy to help but we would need you to remove an undamaged top sash guide and show us mugshot-type photos of it. That will help us narrow down some options.
