Missing spiral balance

Question

I?m missing both upper sash spiral balances and connecting hardware, stops, etc. A matching window in another room has a sticker: NFRC 100/200/300/301 code:pat-086, spec:NFRC, series:NC2600, MST: 4060. It?s upper balance is 24 inches long, is 1/2 inch wide and has an orange tip. Can you help me? Pic 1 shows ?empty? track, pic 2 shows orange tip of matching window. Thanks

Thanks for writing in. It was wise to look at the balances in the identical window for guidance. Confirm that the outer tube is 24", not including the colored tip or spiral rod. 1/2" diameter is very close to 9/16", which is considered 5/8" in the trade, so double-check to be sure. Finally, I am assuming this is for a tilt window, but let me know if that's not the case.
