Hello! Your mortise appears to be a match for our 82-226. This is compatible with a ton of different keepers, though, and without the original it won't be easy to determine exactly what is best for the job at hand.

What I can do is suggest the three most common pairings: the 89-020, 89-021, and 89-021D. You could have any one of these three. I recommend reviewing our dimensions to see if any of these will work as a replacement.
