Missing weather strip, never factory installed

Question

One of our windows fell out because the stripping was never installed. We didn't notice until recently, the house was built 3 years ago. I included a photo of a window with stripping in addition to the window without. The window is a Gemply brand and measures 34"x 45.5". Can you tell which stripping it is from these photos?

Hello,

It looks like you need new window glazing, which holds the glass in the frame. We may be able to help but we would need to see an end profile photo of the original seal removed from the window. Please also include written-out dimensions for us to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
