Missing weatherstripping

Hi:

I recently had a Jeld Wen door installed in between my garage and mud room. The contractor did not install all of the weatherstripping and has been no help remedying the problem. The door is Jen Weld model JEL-M-2-03772-00001. Jen Weld advised me that your company supplies the weatherstripping for this door. Can you let me know what weatherstripping I need to get from you to finish sealing up the opening. Thanks for your help

We'd be happy to help but our weatherstripping is mostly generic, so we have no way of knowing which seal Jeld Wen uses on your door. If you have some of the original weatherstripping and just need to order more, we would need to see an end profile photo of the seal uninstalled, along with written-out dimensions, to compare to our inventory.
