Missing weatherstripping for commercial door

Question

Took a job with missing weatherstripping, they have a lot of foot traffic and needs to keep water out. Not sure what size to get. Noticed it had screws in the tract

I'm not sure what you may need, either. It's difficult to tell without seeing the original seal. Could you at least tell me the size of the channel in which the old weatherseal installed?
