Missing window balances

Question

I was wondering if you could help me identify what channel balances are supposed to go to this window. The house was a rental and the tenants moved out. I discovered that the balances were missing while doing property rehab.
Attached are some photos of the window and channel. The channel height is 36" and the window height is around 18". There appear to be some metal clips on the channel and plastic brackets on the corners of the window itself.
Id like to replace the balances and get the window operational again. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out! Is there any chance that there are similar windows in the home that do have balances in them? I'm afraid that would be the best way for us to confirm the replacement balances needed for your window.

I'll need to see the top and bottom attachments of an undamaged balance. Keep in mind, if this balance is from a different sized window, I'll need to now the height of just the visible glass of the window. I'll also need to know the exact weight of the sash.

The plastic brackets you are referring to from the corner of the window are what we call top sash guides. If you are looking to replace these, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged one removed from the window; one photo of a front view and one photo of a side view.
