Purchased a home recently. One of the single hung windows is missing a channel bracket (see second attached photo). The first photo shows the missing bracket installed on the other side of this window. I could not find any identifying information as to the manufacturer of the window. House is 15-17 years old.
Can you tell me the name of this part and do you carry it? If not can you suggest a solution to be able to reattach the rod to the channel. Thank you.

Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to say that we do not sell the brackets you are searching for. Although, the balance does not necessarily need it for the installation. You should be able to screw the balance directly to the window track without the bracket and it should not affect the function of the window.
