I do not have the original channel balance. Need help identifying the correct balance. I need left and right. I beleive the window is a Milgard because of the MM on the lock
Thanks

With no original hardware to use as reference, we will have to do some detective work. Milgard windows have been known to use our Series 385 channel balances. They've used others, as well, so there's no guarantee these are what you had, but there is a good chance. Would you happen to have an identical window in the house you can use as reference? If not, please give us the visible glass size and the overall size of the sash (width X height). Please also weigh your sash. We can use that information to calculate the proper size and strength balance.

Ref: D73122
The sash is 41.75w X 24.5H and 20lbs
The visible glass size 38W X 21H
I don't have a similar window as a reference
Thx

Thank you! I would recommend a 22" long balance then, along with a 2140 option for sashes weighing 15 through 23 pounds.
