Can you please help me to identify the model numbers for these parts so that i can place order. Currently the closet doors move out of the rail when sliding, i am thinking to replace the upper guide , lower guide all with wheels along with rail

Unfortunately, your original hardware is no longer available but we have recommended our 23-041 roller to other customers with your Acme hardware in the past. You can view our recommendations here. You can also take a look at our 23-222C top roller guide that is commonly used with the 23-041.
We can't guarantee that these parts will work without requiring alterations, if at all, but they are our best replacement options at this time. Thanks for posting!
