Hello,

Your photo resembles the 15-087 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 180 Coil Balance springs. We offer the 15-086 tandem housing if needed, but it looks like you might only have one coil on each side. If so, you wouldn't need the extra housing. Review the specifications to confirm they match yours. Thanks for posting!
