Everything I found had the holes 3/8 or 7/8 apart - can you tell me if you have anything where the holes are 2 1/4" apart?

Thanks for writing in! I believe the measurement you are referring to may be referring to the back set measurement of the sweep lock. Your lock appears to be the 90-180 Window Sash Lock which does have a 3/8" backset measurement. Take a look over the dimensions below to determine if this is the right fit.
The compatible keeper is the 90-183 Sash Lock Keeper.
