Moisture seal on sash is broken

I need to replace the window sash as moisture seal is broken. I could see only G-X7166 on windows and date i.e. 15th Apr 2005 & 06 Feb 2006 at one of metal part there.

Please advise how I can determine if they are in warranty and brand for the replacement.

Hello,

Unfortunately, our company does not handle sash or glass replacements but you should be able to bring the sash to a local glass shop to have them replace the glass and repair the seal.

If there is a sticker on the window indicating the manufacturer, you would need to contact them directly to find out if you have any kind of warranty on the window. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair!
