I have attached 3 pictures showing the style of balance we have can you provide a replacement? Is there anything else you need to identify the replacement part?

We can replace this balance, though it will have to be specially made. Before we begin, can you just tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I'll email you a special order link and price quote.

Did you also need the sash carrier? If so, can you remove it and show us a picture of it by itself? Can you also tell me its dimensions?
