Monarch/Entry Guard Truth Casement Window won't close

The window cranks open, but the gears slip when trying to crank it closed. The hinge is located on the right. I measured the 'arm' it is 11.5 inches. The
Part number on Handle is b 45054, the number on the'arm' 94c493.

Hello,

It sounds like the operator gears are stripped and that you can replace yours with our 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGaurd operators. Compare our dimensions to yours and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!

Thanks for your reply. So, I'm guessing the 39-031 is for a a hinge on the right? Correct?
