The roller looks like it could be a match for our 81-155, 81-157, or 81-165, depending on your dimensions. Look over our measurements and see what you think.

The mortise lock looks like our 82-218. Keep in mind that the slot that accepts the thumb lever tail is at a 45 degree angle on our 82-218. Yours looks like it might be a 90 degree angle, but I'm not sure if it's just broken or not. If it is 90 degrees, then our 82-223 may be a better choice.
