This looks like either our S380-33 or S385-33. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best; from your first photo it looks your shoe's 'depth' is greater than 1", in which case the Series 385 would be correct. But it's difficult to tell from photos of measuring tape, so check to be sure. In any event, you'll need a stamp option of 3240.
