Thanks for writing in. For the pivot bar, see if the 26-068 matches up. For the Surface Lever, you might need our 26-002 , but it will come down to the size of the prongs on the bottom, as well as the distance beneath them. Compare our dimensions to yours and see if this lever is the right replacement.
