Hi, I ordered 82-218 but it's not the right size. I need 3 1/16" with the square being 2 3/4" cartridge. Can you help?! Thanks.

It's really difficult to say what mortise lock you might need without seeing the original; that said, based on that hole the 82-218 is what I'd recommend. Note that it is supposed to be a very snug fit. See the installation video below and let me know if that helps.

The video helped and I feel so successful in repairing the slider with a new mortise and handle. Thank you!
