Mortise Doesn't Reach Keeper

I ordered your 40-199 handle set and 40-194 mortise, but it does not reach the keeper. Any solutions?

Thanks for posting. Are the 40-199 and 40-194 working fine together otherwise? If so, see our 40-197 Strike Plate. This is the strike plate we recommend with the 40-194; it juts out a bit more to catch the mortise. See what you think.
